Why Extra Care for Skin in Summer?
Although Summer is indeed an energetic season, the sun is not so friendly to your skin. Direct rays & excessive heat can damage your skin in various ways. Skin rashes & irritation due to heat is pretty frequent occurring.
Direct sunlight is another major issue during summer. Sunrays fall almost perpendicular in UAE or the Middle East in general. Such rays can cause severe sunburn, tanning & may lead to Dark Pigmentation.

Air conditioning is one of the culprits that cause dry skin. It is advised to moisturize your skin and hydrate from within by drinking many fluids, especially water. Fruits like watermelon and vegetables also provide hydration.
